Currently the CEO of Aarna Capital (Abu Dhabi), Dmitry brings deep cross border brokerage experience. His background with ADM Investor Services and MF Global, combined with his academic roots in Corporate Finance, provides Caravella with unique access to international liquidity and trading strategies.
Taruna Dhingra
Chief Executive Officer & Director
Taruna brings a distinctive blend of legal, fund structuring, and commercial finance experience. Formerly a founding member of Atomic Capital, she has led capital raising and investment initiatives from structuring through execution. Her prior experience includes investments at a global venture capital fund and legal advisory at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, where she advised global institutional investors on cross border private equity and M&A transactions. She is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University and a SEBI NISM certified Fund Manager.

A chartered accountant by profession, Nilesh has 23+ years of experience across compliance, AML, internal audit, and regulatory governance in banking, wealth management, institutional equities, and asset management across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. He has held senior roles at Nuvama, Edelweiss, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and Deloitte.
